Morgan Hicks

Morgan Hicks (she/her) is a co-founder of TheatreSquared, where she currently serves as the Arts Engagement Director. Regional directing credits include Murder for Two, The Dingdong, Noises Off, Boeing Boeing, The Mystery of Irma Vep (TheatreSquared) Clue (Tulsa Project Theatre and The Tempest (Arkansas Shakespeare Theatre). She has helmed several new play development projects including He Did It, Don Chipotle, Dream Date (Arkansas New Play Fest) and Get Broken Like Me (William Inge Theatre Festival). She serves as an Associate Professor and Head of the MFA Directing program at the University of Arkansas, where recent directing credits include The Prom, Songs for A New World, Ride the Cyclone, Men on Boats, Heathers: The Musical, Avenue Q, Lysistrata, Eurydice and As You Like It. She holds a BFA in Acting from Arkansas State University and the University of Ulster in Northern Ireland, an MA in Performance Studies from Missouri State University, and an MFA in Directing from the University of Arkansas.
