Andra Laine Hunter is thrilled to return to the William Inge Festival this year! Andra is an actor, playwright, director, producer, and adjunct professor of drama with Dallas College. Favorite roles include Hermia in A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Bowe in Dumb Supper, Grace in Waterless Places, Ann in All My Sons, and Chick in Crimes of the Heart. Her play The Abbey of the Holy Lonesome is available in audio format wherever you get your podcasts, and she has three plays for youth published with Next Stage Press: Holly Abel and the Missing Mothers, Frankenstein/Monster, and Nutcracker: Krakatuk. This summer, Andra’s newest play HareSkin will be workshopped in Alaska at the Valdez Theatre Conference. Andra is a proud member of the Dramatist’s Guild and of Second Thought Theatre’s initial cohort of DFW playwrights, Thought Process.
